I worked for over 15 years in the major publishing houses, mostly recently at the Viking imprint at Penguin Random House, where in my position as Publisher I curated a list of bestselling and award-winning books. In 2021, my last year in-house, I won Editor of the Year at the British Book Awards. Novels on my list won the Costa First Novel prize and were consistently chosen as Waterstones Book of the Month.

Now working from home in Bristol, I focus on what I love: working with authors to  realise their book’s potential. I offer a boutique, tailored service based on your needs. This ranges from idea generation and writing coaching, to manuscript development and submissions advice.
